This Website is owned and operated by HI-GENIE PTY LTD (ABN 69 640 188 441), a company registered in Australia, with its business address at 2 Menzies St, Box Hill VIC 3128, Australia. Orders are shipped from our US warehouse at 1508 NY-22, Wingdale, NY 12594, United States. In these Terms, "Hi-Genie", "we", "us" and "our" refer to HI-GENIE PTY LTD.
1. Website Use and Eligibility
You may use the Website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You must not use the Website in a way that violates applicable law, harms others, or interferes with the Website's operation.

Acceptance occurs when the order is processed for shipment. All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and our acceptance.

Prices and charges are displayed and collected in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the Website clearly indicates otherwise. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $4.90. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize collection of the order total. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion, foreign-transaction, or other fees. Hi-Genie does not control those fees. 6. Pricing and Listing Errors
If a product is listed with an incorrect price, description, or other material information, we may correct the error, contact you for instructions, or cancel the affected order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier issues, weather, high shipping volume, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing starts. Shipping costs, tracking, delivery estimates, missing-package procedures, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfilment begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing starts. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. An eligible shipped item may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Restrictions apply to opened or used personal-care products, broken hygiene seals, and opened consumable products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected, although a bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
